Schools and Youth

1a space is a non-profit making art organization that is directed and run by artists for artists and art practitioners.  It is an open platform for cultivating and nurturing local artistic talents and aims to promote the critical dissemination of contemporary visual arts practices and affiliated art forms in Hong Kong.  1a space has an established reputation for providing a creative interface between the art community and the public, and is very pleased to be collaborating with ART HK 10 as Schools and Youth Partner.  In addition to its programme of providing tailor-made workshops for art educators in secondary schools, 1a will also be developing and producing activity packs as an introduction to understanding contemporary art for use at ART HK by visiting teachers, primary and secondary school students. You may pick up your child's activity pack at the 1a space booth opposite the Main Entrance to the Fair, or download a copy now.
