ART HK is organized by Asian Art Fairs Ltd and produced in collaboration with Art Basel.  In July 2011, MCH Swiss Exhibition (Basel) Ltd., a MCH Group company and organizer of Art Basel and Art Basel Miami Beach, acquired a 60% ownership stake in Asian Art Fairs Ltd.
